Getting the bone in the butcher shop:Centre (Clarksville)
Take the kids basket someplace where there are chickens and have Jake bark at them. Then, carefully pick them up.

When Jake is directly next to the basket, gently tap Circle so that he will drop them in. If you press Circle to hard, he will pitch them and they will break. Then, take the basket to the kids. Once you regain control of Jake run into the shop, you can also get something to eat while in there.

Glitch
When you have enough bones you can go into the doggie jail .
When you are in and you have relesed all the dog when the
dog catcher dog stand guard at the house, he has 90 bones and you have less jump to the left on the porch and knock down the box pizza will come dont eat it turn right now you are stuck.To undo this turn your PS2.

While playing the game, press Square(3), hold Square and release two times, then press Left, Right, Down. If done correctly, your dog will bark three times, growl twice, and fart once and the cheat menu will be unlocked.

Use one of the beg moves near a human and they might give you a treat.

In some areas there is a slot machine called “Lucky 7″. Have Jake pull the handle. If the rows match up, Jake will get some food. If it lands on all “7″s, he gets a bunch of food.

Big mode

Successfully complete the game on the easy difficulty setting to unlock an extra option for big head and big body mode.

Unlock Stuff in MGS: Substance With Document Save:

If you have a save from Document of Metal Gear Solid 2 on your memory card, you will unlock portions of MGS 2: Substance right off the bat.

Increase Your Jubbling:
From the main menu select Options. Then, choose Game Settings then select Other. From there you can increase the “age” of your characters.

Survival Cheat:
Select Survival mode from the Main menu. Once the Level has loaded and the fight has started press the eject on your PS2. The tray will slide out, but the fight will continue. Once you have “KOed” your opponent you can continue to beat him/her mercilessly. The PS2 cannot load the next opponent because you have ejected the disc. Do your ariel attack (UP + PUNCH + KICK). Every time you do this attack you will be rewarded with a bonus item. Continue to do this as long as you like. If you notice the picture below I was able to score over 1 million points with only one win. Once you have had enough of that particulay “opponent” you can simply push the disc tray back in to the PS2 and after about 10 seconds the music will start again the next opponent will appear. You can repeat this trick as many times as you need to. Survival mode should be no problem now.
