On the Pinball level where you are avoiding the balls going back and forth, jump if the side-to-side pinball is approaching you. This way, Dirk will not slow down and you can avoid getting hit by the big black ball following you.

When the dragon tries to light you on fire with his mouth, run close and opposite to where the it opens its mouth. Once the dragon has completed with its fiery salvo, run out of his claws reach and face him. The dragon will then directly shoot out the flame that you have to catch with your magical sword (press Guard). Press Attack to release the fire from the sword to cause the dragon pain. Once the dragon is vulnerable, slash it with your sword once or twice. Run out of its way when it recuperates. The process will start again about five times. During the second bout, he will fire two salvos. You can then catch the fire with your sword. During the third bout he will fire three salvos. You can then catch the fire with your sword and so on.

Below is a list of alternate costumes. You get most of them for Jessica but much later you will get one for the Hero. Simply equip a certain piece of armor and that character will look like that.

Successfully complete the game and continue from your cleared saved game file to play the Dragonvian Trials bonus dungeon. Successfully complete that dungeon and defeat the final Boss of the game again to unlock an alternate ending sequence.

Fight all 295 different types of monsters to unlock the Gospel Ring when you view the enemies defeated section of the battle records menu. This item will prevent random battles.

To gain about 1,000 to 2,000 experience points early in the game, once Angelo asks you to check on the Abbot, go to the Ruined Abbey slightly north of there. Instead of flying through the dungeon, walk around until you encounter a Metal Slime. Metal Slimes will run usually on the first turn, but if not, try hitting it. Metal Slimes have low amount of HP and sometime appear in groups of two. Make sure your main character is equipped with a Boomerang — if you fight two you can hit both of them. Attack normally with Yangus and Jessica. Do not use spells, as they have no effect. If you manage to kill the Metal Slime(s), you will be rewarded with about 1,000 to 2,000 experience points, and about 299 to 499 gold. Repeat this as much as desired.
