Successfully complete the game to unlock the nightmare mode option.
Successfully complete the game in nightmare mode to unlock Carpenter as a playable character.
Successfully complete the game to unlock Devin as a playable character.
After successfully completing the game on the easy difficulty setting, enable the “Monster spawning” code and turn it off. Then, complete each level. If the level requires you to kill something, for example the werewolf, enable the “Infinite ammunition” and “Infinite health” codes. This must be done on each level that requires it. Then turn off monster spawning again.
Enter one of the following codes while playing the game to enable the corresponding cheat fuction. Alternatively, successfully complete the game after completing one of the following goals to unlock the corresponding trophy/cheat:
- Enable cheats
- While playing the game, press Circle, Square, Triangle, X, L1(2), Left(2). Alternatively, defeat Nephrack and complete the game to unlock the Nephrack trophy.
- Infinite healthWhile playing the game, press Right(3), X, Up, Triangle, Up, Square. Alternatively, defeat all enemies in the Midtown level, then complete the game to unlock the Warrior trophy.
- Max health
- While playing the game, press Triangle(2), Circle(2), Square, L1, Square, R1. Alternatively, finish the Downtown level by killing all enemies armed with only the starting melee weapon, then complete the game to unlock the Pit Fighter trophy.
- All weapons
- While playing the game, press Square, X, Circle, X, Up, Down, Up, Down. Alternatively, get all silver pieces and complete the game to unlock the Looter trophy.
- Infinite ammunition
- While playing the game, press X, Triangle, Circle, Square, Triangle, Up, Down(2). Alternatively, defeat the Rogue Hunter, then complete the game to unlock the Rogue Hunter trophy.
- Maximum ammunition
- While playing the game, press Right(4), Up, Down, Up, Down. Alternatively, finish the Downtown level by killing all enemies armed with only the starting ranged weapon, then complete the game to unlock the Gun Bunny trophy.
- Improve edges
- While playing the game, press L1(2), Circle(2), Down(2), Up, Down. Alternatively, successfully complete the game.
- No conviction cost for edges
- While playing the game, press L2, Up, X, Up, Square, Down(2). Alternatively, save all Innocents in the lower part of the Prison Hospital level, then complete the game to unlock the Life Saver trophy.
- Mega melee damage
- While playing the game, press Down(2), R1(2), Up, X, Up, Circle. Alternatively, defeat the Machine Boss then complete the game to unlock The Machine trophy.
- Monster spawning
- While playing the game, press Square(2), Circle(2), Triangle, L1(2). Alternatively, defeat the Werewolf then complete the game to unlock the Werewolf trophy.
- Tougher monsters
- While playing the game, press Square(2), Triangle, Square, L2(2), Up, Down. Alternatively, successfully complete the game with two players to unlock the Team Up trophy.
