Darksiders is an original action-adventure game that gives players the opportunity to play as War, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. After humanity is wiped out on earth, a conspiracy between heaven and hell frames War, who is falsely imprisoned for 100 years. War is given the chance to come back to prove his innocence, and punish the one’s responsible in an epic battle between the forces of good and evil.
As War explores a demon ravaged world – he uses a vast array of modern and mythical weaponry that ranges from his iconic Chaos Eater Sword, to angelic and demonic weapons that are acquired throughout the game. A deep and diverse gaming experience, Darksiders merges gameplay elements from a variety of genres, including the cinematic action of combat games, and the exploration and puzzle solving of adventure games.
