Unlockable: How to Unlock:
Cunningham - Beat Cunningham on ANY difficulty by stamina kill and beat the game before January 1st 1971 in game. You get him after you make a new game.
Elisa - Get a Medic level of 80.
Major Zero - Have a MGS:DGN game save on your psp’s memory stick. (Second Playthrough only)
Null Kill Null by stamina kill or HP kill when you face him twice and beat the game. You get him after you make a new game.
Para Medic - Contact her on the radio on the Comm Tower stage. She will later need to be resceud in the hospital stage. Place spies in the hospital.
Python - Kill Python by stamina kill.
Raikov - Place spies in Western Wilderness before clearing the Guard House mission. Afterwards you should get a report of a handsome prisoner being held there.
Sigint - After Snake is captured and rescued you can contact Sigint on the radio at the Comm stage. He will need to be rescued in the town.
Teliko - Have a MGA game save on your psp’s memory stick. (Second Playthrough only)
Venus - Have a MGA 2 game save on your psp’s mamory stick. (Second Playthrough only)

 You must Contact her on the radio on the Comm Tower stage. She will later need to be resceud in the hospital stage. Place spies in the hospital.
Unlock Null and Zero:
To get Null the cyberninja, go to recruit and enter password HUNTER-N. He comes with a powerful Machete and is an expert with SMGs.
To get Major Zero from MGS 3, go to enter password 1+2-3. He is a great character although he has low health.

R.R.R. - Unlocks Ocelot.
PK +ESP - Unlock Ursual.
E.APPLE - Unlock Eva.
!TRAUMER - Unlock Ga-Ko.
ERBE - Unlock Gene.
JUNKER - Unlock Cunningham. The alternate method is to deplete Cunningham’s stamina with tranqs before the in game date of January 1, 1971. Clear the game and save the clear game. He will be available on second play.
THE-L - Unlock Elisa. The alternate method is to clear the game with a medic rating of 80 or greater. Clear the game and save the clear game. He will be available on second play.
1+2-3 - Unlock Major Zero. The alternate method is to have an MGS Digital Graphic Novel save file on the memory stick where you play Portable Ops.
Hunter-n - Unlocks Null. The alternate method is to deplete Null’s health or stamina in both fights with him. Clear the game and save the clear game. He will be available on second play.
PM-EMS - Unlock Paramedic. The alternate method is to contact her in the Comm Building after Roy recovers slightly from his illness. Paramedic will offer to help; place spies in the hospital and wait. You will eventually get a sub-quest to recruit her.
LQ.N2 - Unlock Python. The alternate method is to deplete his stamina with tranqs.
IVN =RV - Unlock Raikov. The alternate method is after the capture of Snake, proceed to the guest house. Place spies there and wait for a map report to arrive. Use the map to place spies in the wilderness and wait for a raikov rescue side-quest to appear.
DARPA-1 - Unlock Sigint. The alternate method is to go into the Comm Building ater rescuing Snake and recruiting Paramedic. Place spies all around town after the transmission and wait for the chance.
SATURNV - Unlock Solokov. The alternate method is to give the Saturn V blueprints to Sokolov.
T.F-ACID - Unlock Teliko. The alternative method is to have a Metal Gear Acid save file on your memory stick where you play Portable Ops.
MGA2VE - Unlock Venus. The alternate method is to have a Metal Gear Acid 2 save file on your memory stick where you play Portable Ops.
